Nafisa Tasnim
Senior Manager, MarketingWith over 9 years of experience in the brand marketing sector, Nafisa has established herself as a skilled brand manager with a diverse background. Her career began in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry gaining expertise in brand management, portfolio management, and leadership. Seeking new challenges and learning opportunities, Nafisa shifted her career to the fashion retail industry. As the TAAGA, TAAGA MAN and Aarong Earth brand team leader, Nafisa oversees planning, campaign and event execution, and consumer-facing communication. 'Teamwork is the key. I make sure the wellbeing of my team members so all of us enjoy what we do, add value, and contribute to our highest capacity', says Nafisa while talking about her team. Nafisa graduated with Cum Laude distinction from North South University and has been working with Aarong since 2019.
Mashiat Faria Noor Hridita
Senior Manager, Recruitment & Employer Branding, Human ResourcesMashiat joined Aarong as the talent acquisition and employer branding lead and has been responsible for creating potential candidate pipelines to meet our human resource requirements. She started her career at a multinational organisation and worked across 8 different industries, nationally and internationally, during her tenure. “It is amazing to be a part of a brand that actively pursuits to give back to society on every level and has an infrastructure that supports and partners with more than 68,000 artisans, majority of whom are women,” added Mashiat. Mashiat has a degree in Business Administration from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
Md. Fazlul Karim
Manager, Production Coordination DesignFazlul began his career with Aarong at our outlets as a part-time associate while he was a student. Today he works at our head office leading the production coordination team of the design department. He ensures planning and execution of the entire production plan and monitor it’s on time delivery. He is responsible for coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure production targets are met. "I love the working culture at Aarong where employees are acknowledged, appreciated, and rewarded for their performances" Fazlul mentioned. He holds an MBA in Apparel Merchandising from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology, Bangladesh and has been working with Aarong since August 2011.
