We want your online shopping experience to be seamless. While cancellations are available for orders within Bangladesh, international orders cannot be cancelled, so please review your order carefully before confirming.

Online order cancellations within Bangladesh

• Customers who place an online order through our Bangladesh webstore are requested to inform Aarong Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Customers cannot cancel an order through the system on their own.
• For pre-paid orders, Aarong will issue a credit note.

Online order cancellations outside Bangladesh

• Orders placed through Aarong’s international webstores cannot be cancelled.
• Customers are recommended to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
• If you find any discrepancy in your delivered item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

• Aarong reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order within 7 working days of the order being placed.
• For pre-paid orders, Aarong will issue a credit note or refund for the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
