A significant improvement in factory performance was achieved due to Anika's efforts in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She organised training sessions and communication activities to create a comfortable work environment for new joiners, which led to the 'Power of Hundred' movement. Anika also led initiatives that led to an increase in recruitment of women by enhancing the Kalurghat factory's infrastructure by including restrooms and prayer rooms.
