Transgender artisans find hope with Aarong producer

Cynthia Bhuyan has been an Aarong producer for the last 15 years and has undergone a personal and professional transformation. A transgender person herself, she had made it her mission to include the transgender community, who find it difficult to find work, into Aarong’s craft supply chain at her production centre in Goran, Dhaka.
