Return & Exchange Policy

Discount Sales

Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.

Exchange

We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make an exchange policy that is helpful for you. Please note, only size exchange of jersey is allowed within 7 days from the date of receiving. Exchange with other products or credit note is not applicable for the official jersey.

Discount Sales

Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.

For orders shipped within Bangladesh

If you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought, simply bring it back within 30 days of the purchase date to any of our outlets with your receipt or invoice for online orders and we will gladly exchange the product. Please note that the value of the exchanged product should be of similar or higher value than the original product price. If exchanging for a higher value item, the purchase value difference must be paid.

Alternatively, you may ship the product to our e-commerce warehouse and we will gladly provide you with a credit note for future online purchases.

Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.

We will reimburse you with the amount paid for the product and VAT through store credit after we have physically received the product. Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.

For orders shipped outside of Bangladesh

At the moment, orders can only be exchanged if it is returned to any of our outlets in Bangladesh within 3 months of the purchase date. Exchanges must be physically hand carried back to Bangladesh either through a friend, family member, or during your next visit. Upon receiving the product, you will be able to exchange it for another product of similar or higher value.

Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.

Return

We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.


Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):

    • Products with major quality defects

    • Products damaged during shipment

    • Wrong product, size or colour

    • Product lost in shipment

For all the successful returns, we will reship the rightful product to you(based on availability) or issue you a credit note for future purchases.

For purchases delivered within Bangladesh

The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all the returns. We will not be able to accept return product(s) without the original invoice slip. Please ensure that all original tags are attached with the product. You will be able to return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving the product through courier service to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

Credit Note for online purchases

We will issue a credit note for further purchase from our e-commerce page (except for herbal products, nose pin, masks, bangle, fashion jewellry, fabric & discounted product). You will be credited for the cost of the returned item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charge and any additional charge (if applicable) will be credited only for the following condition(s).

1. Wrong product delivered from our end

2. Size/color mismatch because of our error

3. Quality defects

4. Missing part(s)

5. Damaged product(s)


Refunds for Online Purchases

In case of orders cancelled by Aarong, you will be issued a credit note or refund for any prepaid purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s), applicable taxes and shipping cost. The credit note/refund will be processed for such cases within 30 to 60 working days from the order cancellation date.

In case of prepaid orders which could not be delivered to you by our courier partner(s) for any valid reason(s), Aarong will issue a credit note or refund. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. The credit note or refund will be processed for such cases within 30 to 60 working days from the date of receiving the returned item(s) from our courier partner(s).

Please note that Aarong will not be responsible for any bank charges paid by the customer for the online transaction and this bank charge will not be credited to the customers account.

Timeline for returning items bought online

For purchases delivered within Bangladesh

Please repack your product(s) securely in the original package and include the original invoice slip with the package. All return must be processed within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.


For purchases delivered to countries other than Bangladesh

For any return issue, you are requested to contact the Customer Service of e-commerce department within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we will guide you on the return process

Jewellery Exchange and Return Policy

Aarong guarantees all its gold jewellery to be 21 karat gold. Please note that any kind of discount is not applicable on gold and diamond jewellery

In case of any defect, Aarong will either repair or replace the jewellery but shall not be responsible for the following:

  • If the defect relates to accidental damage, neglect or inappropriate handling
  • If the jewellery has been repaired or modified at any place other than Aarong

Gold items once sold can be exchanged/upgraded within 3 days without any deductions and only once.

Aarong’s original invoice and guarantee card must be provided during any transaction or exchange.

In case of exchange or return Aarong gold jewellery, the following deductions will be made:

  • 25% of product price (excluding vat) for returned products
  • 12% of invoiced value for exchanged products (of the same or higher price)

Aarong will pay back the refundable amount in cash within 7 days for any returned jewellery.

For exchange/return of Gold & Silver items purchased from our e-commerce site, customer is requested to visit any Aarong outlet.
