To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we have temporarily suspended exchanges for in-store and online purchases until further notice. Customers are requested to be more mindful when selecting apparels in terms of size, colour, and style. Our existing 30 days return & exchange policy will be effective again on purchases made during this time when it is safe to do so and only if products are kept in original condition with tags. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the products you bought, simply bring it back with your receipt and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase or process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items that you want to return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.

How do I return an item?
The original invoice slip and exchange form must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. If you no longer have the return/exchange form please click here to download the form. Please be sure to print out the form, complete all required information and include it with your return items. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original invoice slip. You can return your items through courier service to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued as a credit note for further purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How do I receive and use my online credit note?
We will send you an online credit note with security code on your preferred method of contact (i.e. email or mobile). We will provide bearer or you a return acknowledgement note.
You can use your online credit as one of the modes of payment to make an online purchase within one year from the date of issue. The payment system will verify your online credit note using its security code to ensure that no one except you can make this purchase.
Exchanging items online and at our outlets
Fill out the Return and Exchange Form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the invoice slip and exchange form. We cannot process exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase date.
Jewellery Exchange and Return Policy:
Aarong guarantees all its gold jewellery to be 21 karat gold. Please note that any kind of discount is not applicable on gold and diamond jewellery
In case of any defect, Aarong will either repair or replace the jewellery but shall not be responsible for the following:
Gold items once sold can be exchanged/upgraded within 3 days without any deductions and only once.
Aarong’s original invoice and guarantee card must be provided during any transaction or exchange.
In case of exchange or return Aarong gold jewellery, the following deductions will be made:
Aarong will pay back the refundable amount in cash within 7 days for any returned jewellery.
Nose pin, bangle and fashion jewellery are not covered by this exchange and return policy.
