Our product offering and catalogues vary based on your intended delivery location. Customers can select the country product catalogue based on their intended shipping address from the top menu bar (see image below).

You will see BGD, AUS, GER, SIN, UAE, UK or USA on the top menu bar which will indicate the country catalogue page you are currently browsing.

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item(s) is delivered to your doorstep.

• Standard Shipping (within Bangladesh): within 3-4 days inside Dhaka, within 4-7 days outside Dhaka.
• Express Shipping (only Dhaka city): within 24-48 hours (only Dhaka city), not applicable for Lawn and Gardening items.
• International Shipping (outside of Bangladesh): within 7-10 business days; any order placed after June 9th may be shipped after Eid holidays.

*Note: For standard shipping within Bangladesh the cost is for the first 1 (one) kg. Once the weight of order crosses the limit, you will be charged Tk. 40 for each additional kg.

Shipping time

DHL will deliver your product within estimated 7-10 business days from placing order. The duration may change depending on your location and/or any unforeseen event beyond our control.

Kindly note that, once we have shipped out the order, it can not be possible to cancel/make changes to the order.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost will vary based on location:

AUS: Free shipping for order amount greater than AUD 120. A flat cost of AUD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than AUD 120.

GER: Free shipping for order amount greater than EUR 100. A flat cost of EUR 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than EUR 100.

SIN: Free shipping for order amount greater than SGD 150. A flat cost of SGD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than SGD 150.

UAE: Free shipping for order amount greater than AED 400. A flat cost of AED 80 will be applicable if the order amount is less than AED 400.

UK: Free shipping for order amount greater than GBP 90. A flat cost of GBP 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than GBP 90.

USA: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 120. A flat cost of USD 25 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 120.
