These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) sets the general terms and conditions of your use of the Aarong.com website (“Website”) and any related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Aarong (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering, accessing, subscribing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our exchange, return & refund as well as Aarong Jewellery policy. Aarong products displayed on the website may also be available in selected Aarong retail shops in Bangladesh as per availability of supply. That means once an item is sold out, it may not be available in the future and therefore may not appear on the website again. When an item featured on aarong.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. However, there are instances due to product handling that a product will not meet our quality standards for shipment and therefore may ultimately be unavailable for delivery. Most Aarong products are handcrafted using traditional Bangladeshi techniques. Natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of their unique character. Product images are for illustration only, and actual items may vary slightly. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur, and Aarong reserves the right to correct information or modify products at any time without prior notice. Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
Individual product specifications are provided in each of the products listed in the Website (code, description, color, fabric and care instructions). Product colors may vary depending on lighting conditions, photographic limitations, and differences in display settings of personal computers, laptops, tablets, or handheld devices screen settings, and we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy. Due to these factors, the product received may not be an exact match to the image shown online, we do our best to display colours as accurately as possible though we aim to ensure it is as close as possible. The price of the products is listed at all times on our website, excluding of TAX/VAT and other charges as per the laws of Bangladesh. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. In the event an Aarong product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, typographical error or error in pricing information, Aarong shall have the right to modify, refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. All our product prices and services are subject to the tax as applicable by laws of Bangladesh.
The prices displayed on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for deliveries within Bangladesh. Prices displayed on international webstores are listed in that country-specific currency. Prices displayed on the USA Webstore are listed in USD. For international webstores other than the USA, prices displayed in USD at checkout may be converted to your local currency by your bank or payment provider at their applicable exchange rate which may vary, and any conversion fees or charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale prices on the website are website only specials, and do not reflect the pricing of retail outlets in Bangladesh.
Our accepted payment methods include credit/debit card transactions, mobile financial services, bank transfers, or cash-on-delivery, as applicable. To ensure secured payment, your credit card details and other information will be encrypted. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment authorization is declined or if pricing errors are identified. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Aarong shall issue a credit note or refund the charged amount. No cash refund will be applicable in any manner. No return or exchange shall be applicable for any discounted sale items.
Our delivery, shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to covering the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss or damage of packaged items are passed onto our shipping partners, and you will be compensated for the full value of the items should they not reach you at all or in its original state.
Standard shipping: within 3-4 days inside Dhaka, within 4-7 days outside Dhaka.
Express Shipping (only Dhaka city): within 24-48 hours.
Standard shipping time is 7-10 business days (estimated).

Customers who place an online order through our Bangladesh webstore are requested to inform Aarong Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order. Customers cannot cancel an order through the system on their own. For pre-paid orders, Aarong will issue a credit note or refund. Customer Service.
Orders placed through Aarong’s international webstores cannot be cancelled. Customers are recommended to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Aarong reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order within 14 working days of the order being placed, whether the order has been confirmed or not.
