Aarong receives the ‘Top VAT Payer’ award

We are thrilled to announce that Aarong has received the ‘Top VAT Payer’ award at the national level, in the categories of service by the National Board of Revenue on December 10 at the NBR office, Dhaka. Mohammad Ashraful Alam, Aarong’s Chief Operating Officer along with other Aarong officials received the award from Miss Zakia Sultana, Member, VAT Policy, NBR, Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Mr. Tapan Kanti Ghosh, Senior Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh Secretaria, Abu Hena Md. Rahmatul Muneem,Senior Secretary, Chairman, NBR, Mr. Mohammad Mahbubul Alam, President, FBCCI, Dr. Md. Sahidul Islam, Member, VAT Intelligence and Investigation, NBR.

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) of Bangladesh organised the event to recognise the highest VAT-paying companies nationally and a total of 138 companies at the district level for the fiscal year 2021-22.
